Built for Canadian clinics

Custom orthotics, made around your prescription

A practitioner-focused laboratory resource for custom devices, footwear fit, digital ordering workflows, and practical clinical education.

A better clinic–lab handoff

Useful technology starts with complete clinical information

Orthotic Energy is a Canadian custom orthotic laboratory serving healthcare practitioners. This rebuilt public site focuses on what clinics need before an order reaches production: clear assessment findings, appropriate capture, the intended footwear and activity, prescription choices, and a documented route for questions or follow-up.

01

Assess and document

Record the patient’s presentation, goals, relevant findings, footwear, activities, and the reason a custom device is being considered.

02

Capture and prescribe

Use the capture method accepted for the order and connect it with a complete prescription. A scan alone does not specify the device.

03

Review and follow up

Confirm fit, tolerance, footwear interaction, instructions, and any need for adjustment through the responsible clinical provider.

Custom orthotics

Organized around footwear and intended use

Device labels are only a starting point. Shell geometry, materials, posting, accommodations, top covers, length, and shoe volume need to work together. Our orthotics hub explains the questions a clinic should resolve before selecting a device family.

Digital workflow

Reduce manual steps without hiding the checkpoints

Digital capture and online submission can simplify transfer, but quality still depends on appropriate assessment, complete order information, usable files, review, fabrication controls, and clinic follow-up.
